If you are reading this, you are probably someone who continually strives to be a better you. There is no “perfection” in any of the areas listed below—no end point. If we have great human relations skills, self confidence, or handle stress well, most of us can always improve in some situations. And if you are pretty good in some of these areas you will be the inspiration for other participants, as they learn from you. Some of the reasons I’ve so much enjoyed being involved in teaching personal development courses is that I learn too, from every single participant, and find it rewarding to be a part of the process of growth for other people. It becomes very much a group effort and translates into improved success in our personal, social, and work lives.
